SOPEP and SMPEP list of national operational contact points / C13015

Following a number of PSC inspection it has been observed that deficiencies have been imposed due to the fact that the list of national operational contact points is not updated in SOPEP and SMPEP. This circular contains the updated contact list to be included, as an appendix, to these shipboard pollution emergency plans.
