Maritime Labour Convention (MLC), 2006 inspection and certification requirements / C13017

As already been informed through DBS Circular C12027 on August 20, 2013 the MLC, 2006 is coming in force and by then, all ships must be inspected and certified under the requirements of the Convention. This circular lays down the inspection and certification process under DBS.
